At Maie Studios, we create with intention — every piece is part of a slow fashion process, designed to last and meant to be loved.

Dispatch Times
As a slow fashion brand, we ask for your patience. Please allow up to 7 days for your order to be processed and dispatched. Each piece is made and packed with care.

UK Shipping
We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for all domestic orders. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number. Delivery typically takes 2 working days from dispatch.

International Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping to destinations supported by Royal Mail International Tracked services — covering over 230 countries and territories.
This includes:

  • Europe (e.g. France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden)

  • North America (USA, Canada)

  • Asia-Pacific (Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Malaysia)

  • Africa & others (e.g. South Africa)

We currently only ship to countries where Royal Mail provides reliable tracked delivery. If we’re unable to ship to your destination for any reason, we’ll notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Customs & Duties
For international orders, local customs charges, import duties, or taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.
